“Awedt Eini” is a five minute classical choreography based on the version from Shahrzad’s CD. The arrangement is rich, emotional and beautifully layered, allowing dancers to explore musicality and interpret different textures of the music.
Inside the class I break down the choreography section by section with clear attention to transitions, accents, posture and expressive detail. We focus on how to connect classic oriental technique with a modern Raqs Sharki sensibility.
The material is divided into several sessions for comfortable learning and is perfect for dancers who want to deepen their artistic expression and refine their classical style.
